Arnold is a high energy 10 month old dog looking for an active home

WMTW has partnered with the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland to highlight a different animal in need of a home each week. Tune in every Wednesday at noon to meet the featured mascot of the week. The pet for April 6 is Arnold, a 10-month-old dog who is active, friendly and lively.
